The remodeled rooms are super comfy 🛏️ Close to delicious restaurants but had a bad smell of smoke. I found the walls were thin, hearin' everything. Not the best for privacy!

The hotel was absolutely great, the room was inviting and updated, had essentials for a decent stay. The personnel was nice as expected. The property's position was easy and great, very close to many attractions in the area, the Bremerton-Seattle ferry, and a quiet area.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Absolutely dreadful, I had cockroaches sharing my space, and the woman at the front desk might as well have been a statue, completely unhelpful! I was expecting a complimentary bathrobe, after all, who doesn't love a little indulgence? It would've was good, but I guess that was too much to ask here.

Cutting through the noise
Walls are thin, and noise travels easily. While the new rooms look nice, cleanliness was hit or miss. I found some roaches. The staff was friendly, though, but that couldn't quite was good.

The staff was super attentive! They really were really nice too check when I needed help with my late check-in. I appreciated the clean rooms, far from any kind of mold, reminded me of they really cared about the place.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still adequate enough.
